Let us go down under to Australia and New Zealand and blindly try their wines. First we will try to educate our noses!

About the event
A set of wines will be doctored with aromas that are not subtle to our nose. Â We will take time to smell these examples against what you think of as citrus, leather, berry, etc.
Then we will apply the memory of these smells to a blind tasting of varietals that include three whites, three roses, and three red wines from Australia or New Zealand. The wineries have published a description of what they smell and taste in their wines. Will you be able to figure out which description matches the wines you are tasting? Â Bring THREE glasses so you can compare three wines at a time.
The wines will be paired with Australian foods.
Each person should bring THREE glasses.
