Take a sip of dry, aromatic Riesling from Alsace and experience the vibrant acidity and sumptuous fruit of Washington State's Evergreen Vineyard. The evening will conclude with a special treat, a decadent icewine from Canada, made from Riesling grapes frozen solid on the vine, which results in a rich and highly concentrated wine.
