50th Anniversary Gala

The Yakima Enological Society is marking its 50th Anniversary with an unforgettable evening of fine food and wine. Join us for an Anniversary Gala on Wednesday, February 11th, from 6:30–9:00 PM, held in the newly renovated upstairs Banquet Room at WaterFire Restaurant.

    Chef Derrin will present a thoughtfully curated six-course dining experience, expertly paired with wines from Sheridan and Rotie Wineries. The evening will conclude with a special treat — a 1985 vintage Oporto Quinta de Noval Port — followed by an engaging discussion of the wines and their attributes led by sommelier and chef Big John Caudill (see menu below).

    This is a milestone celebration designed to delight the senses and honor 50 years of YES. Seating is limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
